When Jason collapses in Dr. Young's presence, an MRI uncovers that he has a brain tumor. This aligns perfectly with Jason and Ruben’s scheme, as the surgery for the "tumor" will serve as a disguise for Ruben's plan to eliminate Ian once and for all. However, Lena might soon uncover their deceit and thwart their efforts. Meanwhile, Ian is determined to resist and will do whatever it takes to ensure his own survival.
