As the annual Aquapalooza Music Festival draws large crowds to the Lake of the Ozarks during the day, Detective Sergeant Mark Kordula and Chief Boren confront a surge of underage revelers hitting the bars with counterfeit identification as night falls. Meanwhile, Officer Phylicia Carson stops a driver suspected of being intoxicated.
