In the bustling waters, Washington's Fish and Wildlife team rushes to assist a victim of a boating accident. They soon confront a suspect with a troubling history and apprehend a man who dismisses state regulations. Meanwhile, one of the officers comes to the aid of a deer caught in a precarious situation and helps an injured owl in need of care.
