After local model Naomi Gaines suffers a brutal attack by the assailant known as "The Carver," Sean steps up to perform her reconstructive surgery for free, bringing McNamara/Troy into the media limelight as they combat the negative press from Bobbie Broderick. Meanwhile, Matt gets caught sneaking into the house at night and fabricates a story about studying with Ava's son, Adrian. When Julia invites everyone for dinner, Adrian inadvertently exposes Matt and Ava's secret relationship, prompting Julia to confront them angrily.
