Shari Noble arrives at the clinic seeking reconstruction for her nipple, which her dog accidentally bit off, just in time for her husband’s return from Iraq. Meanwhile, Julia connects with a breastfeeding specialist. Christian and Liz explore a lesbian bar, where Christian attempts to charm one of the patrons, only to discover that the woman is more interested in Liz. Additionally, Sean and Christian consult a kidney specialist regarding one of their patients’ needs.
