Magical girls from both Magilumiere and AST find themselves confronting an out-of-control new species of Kaii. Koshigaya reaches out to Tsuchiba with an offer of cooperation, but their differing viewpoints only deepen the rift between their organizations. As the mysterious Kaii rapidly mutates in response to the magic power around it, a certain person steps up to take command as operator, preparing everyone for a high-stakes battle where failure is not an option.
