As the days pass, he struggles with the urge to call or text her, grappling with his emotions and the temptation to break his promise. His friends notice his restlessness and offer varying degrees of support and distraction, leading to humorous situations as he tries to stick to his goal. Ultimately, he learns more about himself and his feelings for Starla during this self-imposed challenge.
