S02E01 Phoenix Rising

Title: Phoenix Rising Plot: Taggart proposes that the solar flares triggered by the eclipse, dubbed the 'Phoenix Effect', are responsible for the alarming incidents of spontaneous combustion. However, when Carter realizes that radiation from the artifact has infiltrated the chamber's wall, he uncovers the true source of the combustions.
