The del Toboscos are unable to settle their debts, prompting an ambush orchestrated by the 7 Rivers Gang. Determined to restore order, Billy promises that he and the Regulators will seize control of Lincoln and drive out the criminals. However, a new Sheriff has arrived on the scene.
