With the student council's budget committee meeting approaching, the eizouken finds itself in a race against time. Mizusaki is grappling with the effects shots, and Kanamori harshly points out the looming deadline. Meanwhile, Asakusa cleverly extends their runtime by repurposing existing artwork. The club faces tough choices about which elements of their artistic vision to cut and which to keep. Despite their efforts, there's a lingering question: will they be able to present anything close to a finished product in time?
