S12E05 The Derelict Water Tower
In a milestone 100th episode, Kevin McCloud showcases one of the show's most daring projects yet. Leigh Osborne and Graham Voce aim to transform a historic 150-year-old water tower in central London into a luxurious residence. This Grade II-listed structure, currently in ruins and featuring 6ft-thick walls, presents a significant challenge. The couple also intends to construct two additional buildings at the base: a lift shaft linked by a network of glass tunnels and a contemporary living area. Ultimately, their vision includes a stunning four-bedroom home spread across nine levels, topped with a room that boasts breathtaking 360-degree views of the city.
