Prostitution is a well-known reality across the country. In the few counties in Nevada where it is legal, it is strictly regulated and overseen by the State of Nevada Health Department. The women are required to undergo regular medical screenings for STDs. Participation in the profession is entirely voluntary, with no pimps involved. There have been no recorded cases of HIV. The workers receive steady salaries and tips, and some even enjoy benefits like paid vacation and sick leave. It's absurd that consenting adults cannot choose to engage in sexual relations freely!
