In this comedic Halloween special, Moesha finds herself overwhelmed as she balances her studies, family responsibilities during Dee's absence, and preparations for her Halloween bash. To keep her energy up for mid-terms, she and Niecy turn to some unconventional vitamins, which lead to unexpected and quirky side effects. Meanwhile, Dorian takes on the role of a dog trainer for a neighbor's mischievous dog named Frisky. However, when he struggles to control the dog's incessant barking and growling, chaos ensues, adding to the episode's hilarity.
