S03E17 All Good Things

Title: All Good Things Plot: As tensions in the Balkans escalate, Operations is pulled from his field consulting role by "The Center," handing full authority of Section One to Michael. He cautions Michael that George from Oversight demands a vigorous campaign against terrorist financier Luigi Bergomi, but warns that a confrontation would likely overwhelm their resources. After conferring with George, Michael decides to proceed with an operation against Bergomi, disregarding both Madeline's and Nikita's protests. Has the weight of leadership corrupted Michael’s judgment? Meanwhile, having officially become a couple, Michael elevates Nikita to lieutenant over Wallace. When Wallace is found dead following an operation, Nikita questions whether Michael is favoring her and shielding her from danger.
