Title: Uptown Girl (1) Plot: In the opening episode of the eighth season, Degrassi introduces a fresh wave of students navigating the challenges of high school. Mia is excited to kick off her junior year after being approached by a prestigious modeling agency and forming a friendship with a new classmate. However, her excitement quickly dims as she discovers the unsettling realities of the modeling industry.
