Richie steps in to manage a community newspaper's advice column, but he only confides in Fonzie. Meanwhile, Potsie and Ralph, eager to end their constant squabbling, decide to write to Richie's column for help. In response, Richie proposes a rather unique solution: he advises them to mark a line down the middle of their shared space, with Ralph on one side and Potsie on the other, to keep the peace.
