S06E05 Deadly Decisions

A mysterious woman is discovered violently slain beside the road. As Dr. G works to determine the cause of death, she must also gather crucial evidence from the body to assist the police in identifying both the victim and the murderer. Meanwhile, a 41-year-old man heads out for a boat ride, but hours later, he is found lifeless at the lake's bottom. His boat remains undamaged, with its engine still running. Dr. G faces the challenge of uncovering whether he drowned, was under the influence, suffered an accident, or experienced a medical crisis.
