S03E09 Scoop Has Some Fun

While on a break, Spud convinces Scoop to join him in pulling some pranks. However, when Scoop returns to his duties, Spud manages to scare Lofty so badly that he tips over onto his side. When Spud seeks assistance, Scoop mistakenly believes it's all part of the fun. Fortunately, Bob steps in to check on the situation.
