Next, the focus shifts to the quest for a massive worm rumored to dwell in the isolated Lake Lagarfljot in Iceland. This Worm Monster has been reported since 1345, making it one of the oldest lake monsters documented. It's thought to stretch over a football field in length and has been frequently spotted coiled up near the shore by numerous witnesses.
