S01E03 Make Someone Happy

DiDi finds herself in "conflict resolution" after Patsy lodges a complaint against her for inappropriate comments. Meanwhile, Dawn discovers that being close to a colleague doesn’t protect her from performance evaluations. Dr. James and Patsy clash when she opts to miss the "Make Someone Happy" orientation to attend a medical convention in Cleveland. The ward is stirred when Birdy’s romantic involvement with her visitor, Leonard, comes to light. In response, Patsy declares a thorough cleaning of the entire ward.
