In a stunning electoral victory, Nixon secures a second term in the White House. However, not long into his presidency, the veil over a break-in at the Democratic National Committee Headquarters, located in the Watergate complex, begins to unravel. As the President fights to maintain his image through media and legal challenges, a man in turmoil inadvertently sabotages his own efforts, ultimately leaving the nation to deal with the fallout.
