Ellenor pushes forward with the Jamison case, contesting Judge Aldrich's ruling that reduced her client's compensation. Meanwhile, Jimmy is troubled to discover that his former client, Jennifer Cole, is pregnant and has been arrested for cocaine possession. He collaborates with the District Attorney to get Jennifer admitted into a rehabilitation program. Bobby remains focused on Scott Wallace's appeal, while Helen experiences estrangement from her coworkers due to her controversial decisions during the Wallace trial.
