Eugene receives an enticing proposal that he struggles to turn down, leaving Ellenor stunned as she realizes that his leaving could signal the downfall of their firm. At the same time, Jimmy faces off against the unscrupulous lawyer Lenny Pascatore, who insists that the area can only support one lawyer. Over at Crane, Poole & Schmidt, Denny Crane stirs up discontent by appointing Tara as his personal paralegal, while Hannah Rose seeks Shore’s assistance with a case involving an assault between two hockey players.
