F.O.W.L. revamps Taurus Bulba, transforming him into a lethal weapon, intending to turn him into a new operative. However, Bulba rejects their proposition, consumed by his thirst for vengeance against Darkwing. To complicate things further, Darkwing has recently suffered an accident, leaving him confined to a wheelchair. With these challenges, can he triumph over this upgraded Terminator-like adversary despite his limitations?
