After a year in the village, the Grand Spirit Festival has finally arrived for Rio. With the great tree spirit Dryas's blessing, he is honored as a true friend of the People of the Spirits. As the festivities unfold and joy fills the air, Rio confides in Latifa about his plan to leave the village. Heartbroken, she dashes into the forest. At the same time, the village senses a strange disturbance in the skies, prompting the warriors to investigate. They soon uncover a massive swarm of wyverns approaching the village, threatening their celebration.
