As winter blankets the farm, the Pol family is excited to expand their flock! They welcome four newly bred merino ewes, hoping to see their first lambs arrive in the spring. With the changing season on the horizon, the Pols set to work constructing a cozy lambing pen for the anticipated newcomers. At the same time, Beth takes a moment to assess the condition of her bees, wondering if they’ve made it through the cold months.
