Sergeant Dawkins takes a well-deserved break alongside a group of passionate environmental activists. However, tensions rise as they clash with law enforcement over their aggressive tactics. Dawkins finds himself in a difficult position, having to decide whether to side with the haughty leader, Stallion, or the more level-headed Officer Fowler. The situation escalates, putting Dawkins' loyalties and principles to the test as he navigates the conflicting ideologies of both sides.
