A high-speed pursuit comes to an abrupt end when police deploy a stinger to halt a young driver and his passenger. In addition to reckless driving and evading officers, the motorist is taken into custody for driving without a license or insurance. Meanwhile, a separate incident unfolds as a novice driver is involved in a near-fatal crash with a motorcyclist.
