Maddie joins Athena for a ride-along, eager to experience what it's like to be on the receiving end of a 9-1-1 call. Meanwhile, Hen is focused on figuring out how to keep her family from unraveling. Chaos ensues at both a military funeral and a movie theater, throwing everyone into a state of emergency.
