Andy discovers Opie attempting to sell his damaged bicycle to a buddy and seizes the opportunity to impart a lesson about integrity. However, when Barney convinces Andy to put his home on the market, the tables turn. Opie inadvertently reveals all the house's flaws to Barney's prospective clients, causing chaos and regret for Andy as he realizes the importance of honesty in business.
