S01E02 Venice

In the second episode, we arrive in Venice to catch up with our friend Renato, the esteemed chef of the Cipriani Hotel for over 25 years and a renowned culinary ambassador. Renato welcomes us into his kitchen to prepare some of his cherished Venetian specialties. Afterward, we explore the iconic Rialto markets and whip up a few of my personal favorites in the yacht's galley. We wrap up our Venetian escapade by visiting friends at a traditional gondola repair yard, known as a squero, now transformed into a stunning private retreat with an impressive kitchen, where we enjoy a delightful cooking experience.
