When a doctor inadvertently causes a patient's death during surgery, Scully suggests that it could be a result of job-related stress. However, Mulder believes there's a darker motive at play. His investigation uncovers a connection between the deceased and four witches' Sabbaths, leading him to suspect that a nurse might be involved in witchcraft.
