Toby and Kate are tasked with managing protocol discussions with Chinese officials regarding the upcoming summit, which is thrown into disarray when Jed inadvertently accepts a Taiwanese flag during the National Prayer Breakfast. Bernard, embracing his new role as head of the Gifts Unit, gives Charlie a tough time about retrieving the flag for its return.
