Title: Rescue Plot: Seaview is scanning for a hostile submarine and its hidden underwater base. Suddenly, sonar detects a signal and the rogue sub launches an attack, but Seaview is shielded by its advanced electronic hull. Meanwhile, Captain Crane, who is patrolling in the FS-1, discovers the sub-pen just as a powerful laser strikes, severely damaging his craft. With dwindling air and fading consciousness, Crane struggles to communicate the pen's location to Admiral Nelson. Meanwhile, enemy agents aboard Seaview complicate efforts to mount a rescue. Tensions rise as Nelson grows increasingly impatient with Morton and the Chief, anxious to save Crane.
