Gotham City is engulfed in a wave of panic as The Scarecrow unleashes his Fear Transmitters. While searching for Scarecrow, Batman confronts his own deepest fears in Crime Alley, the site of his parents' tragic murder. Seizing this opportunity, Scarecrow plots to ensnare Batman indefinitely by using a captured Robin and Wonder Woman as leverage—compelling the Dark Knight to confront and overcome his lifelong phobias once and for all!
