S18E07 Feeding the Frontlines

The chef who triumphed in the initial round of Last Chance Kitchen makes a timely return to the competition, facing the “second chance” Quickfire Challenge. The contestants must recreate a dish they previously struggled with, under the watchful eye of guest judge Melissa King. In a heartfelt Elimination Challenge, Chef José Andrés reaches out to enlist the chefs for his nonprofit, World Central Kitchen, which aids disaster victims. Their mission is to prepare and deliver over 500 meals to frontline workers at three hospitals in Portland. This week’s All-Star guest judge is Kwame Onwuachi.
