In a Quickfire Challenge celebrating the Wright Brothers’ inaugural flight in North Carolina, the chefs team up to craft a trio of dishes that soar alongside a specially selected wine flight. Following this, the Elimination Challenge tasks the chefs with transforming traditional Southern side dishes into impressive main courses.
