Frustrated by the excessive waste in the school cafeteria, Tessa rallies her fellow students to take action and give back. However, their chosen cause focuses on helping Florida residents enhance their skin. When Tessa presents a homeless transgender individual to the students as a part of her initiative, they mistakenly conclude that Tessa herself is the one who needs assistance. Meanwhile, George faces a hefty dental bill from Noah, creating tension in their relationship.
