To save up for a motor for his bike, Jeff takes on the task of looking after Jim Teal's goats while he sets up a fence for their new pasture. However, the energetic goats prove to be quite a handful, leaving Jeff, Lassie, Porky, and the rest of the family exhausted as they struggle to manage the mischievous animals.
