Frustrated by his children's constant mess, Bernie decides it's time for them to tidy up the chaos they've created. Initially, the kids agree to the cleanup, but soon discover they won’t earn any extra cash for their efforts. In response, they stage a strike. As the house descends into disarray, Bernie enlists local neighborhood kids to step in as replacements, creating a chaotic situation as he tries to restore order.
