At the Wanku! event, the SSC forces launch an assault on the otaku, spearheaded by two of the Four Heavenly Kings: the stoic Himawari and her domineering older brother. To stand a chance against the formidable duo, Pink and Blue are compelled to take the power-up drugs from Chogo-shi, gearing up for a fierce battle against the lethal siblings.
