To assist him in this endeavor, he teams up with Coby Brooks, a previous participant on "Undercover Boss" and a franchise owner. Together, they navigate the challenges of the restaurant environment, allowing Randy to gain firsthand experience of the operations and the employees who contribute to the brand’s success.
