What begins as a festive season spirals into a nightmare for the proprietor of an old inn and her aide amidst a raging snowstorm. A young man, previously a nonbeliever, finds himself on the night shift at a hotel said to be haunted by ominous forces. As eerie occurrences unfold, he is forced to confront his skepticism and the chilling legends surrounding the establishment.
