As a typhoon lashes the Island, criminals and their captives find themselves cornered inside the police station. Alex is faced with the urgent task of rescuing not only his friends but also a sworn adversary—a U.S. State Department official who has come to negotiate with an arms dealer that Alex recently apprehended.
