Joe Gomez, Shorty's trusted assistant at the body shop, received a cancer diagnosis back in 2009. Remarkably, he has been in remission for almost a decade. In a heartfelt gesture of gratitude for his wife's unwavering support, he plans to build a widebody Honda Accord for her. Meanwhile, Shorty is also reaching a significant milestone as his personal '64 Impala project is nearing completion.
