Best friends CeCe and Rocky try out for "Shake it Up Chicago." Sadly, CeCe's audition takes a turn when she freezes up, a stark contrast to her usual confidence trick of imagining everyone else in the nude. Rocky, however, shines and earns a spot on the show. Torn about leaving CeCe behind, Rocky is persuaded by her friend to join the cast. On her debut, Rocky brings CeCe along, and they end up handcuffed together, dancing in sync. The show's host recognizes their chemistry, leading to CeCe joining the cast too. In the end, the duo celebrates with a meager $2 left after expenses for handcuffs, thrifted outfits, and transport.
