Richie confides in Tony about his grievances regarding his share of the garbage business, then turns around and voices his frustrations about Tony to Junior. Meanwhile, Tony schematically engineers a 'planned bankruptcy' for David Scatino's sporting goods store. As this unfolds, Scatino's wife takes the opportunity to introduce Carmela to her attractive widowed brother.
