Kate Hibbert is the first to throw a dinner party, presenting a menu that begins with goat's cheese and Parma ham atop a pear walnut salad, followed by a main course of Posh Pompey fish pie, and concludes with cinnamon spiced oranges paired with blueberries and pomegranate for dessert. She believes that using fresh ingredients from her father’s garden, a well-known television gardener, along with carefully selected wines for each dish, will impress her guests.
