In their quest for new adventures, Lilo, Stitch, and Victoria stumble upon Experiment 277, a vampire bat-like creation designed to locate and harvest Snootonium, a hazardous substance reminiscent of slime. As they navigate the challenges of capturing Snooty, they must also contend with Victoria's growing skepticism, which leads her to ally with Gantu with the intent to eliminate the creature.
