S06E14 The Ballad of the Everyday Housewife
Bobbie Jo is looking after Kathy Jo while Betty Jo goes out for groceries. During their time together, Bobbie Jo expresses her concern to Steve that he seems to be neglecting Betty Jo. In a bid to reconcile, Steve confesses his love to Betty Jo. However, she is too engrossed in her household tasks to notice his heartfelt words. After Bobbie Jo explains Steve's intentions, Betty Jo feels compelled to show him her appreciation. Yet, when she approaches Steve, he seems distant, leaving her feeling overlooked. Ultimately, both Steve and Betty Jo realize the importance of reconnecting and make a heartfelt effort to bridge the gap between them.
